We understand how frustrating this can be and are eager to make sure your order finds you as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you realise the error and we will work with you to ensure you’re sleeping soundly as soon as possible.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 7 working days before you receive the funds if you used your credit or debit card at checkout. PayPal may send refunds in real-time.
We process your orders between 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days via Australia Post, depending on whether you live in a major city or rural area.

If you are located close to our warehouse in sunny Brisbane and would like to pick up your order, please contact our helpful customer service team to arrange this in advance to collection. Your order will still need to be purchased online so our staff can package it up nicely for you. Once this is done, we can arrange a time for you to come collect it. If you make an order online and wish to collect it, please make a note on your order so our staff dont ship it out.
